You can be sure your meetings are secure and that people won't be able to just pop in randomly. Every meeting has a "Lock Meeting" button that when activated makes it so no one else can join the meeting, even if they have the link to join that was previously sent out. The host or co-hosts will be notified if someone is trying to join a locked meeting, they can then decide to let them in or not.

Scheduling an online meeting is easy and only takes a few seconds. Remember, you can create an instant meeting or schedule one like below. To schedule an online meeting in Zoho Meeting, just select the date and expected start and end time for the meeting. By default, you are selected as the meeting presenter, but you can select any of your organization's users to be the presenter.

Add as many participants as you like, up to 100 people can attend the meeting at one time, with 25 video feeds showing at once.
If you have invited people before or if they are in your Zoho based contact list, they will show up as available participants to add, otherwise, just enter in their email to invite them.
You can schedule the meeting to repeat every day, week, month, etc. or have a one-time meeting by default.
Type a description for the meeting agenda, then adjust the meeting reminder email timing if needed.
Click Save at the top right when finished to schedule the online meeting and send the email invites at once.

Track Upcoming and Past Online Meetings
Once your meeting is scheduled, you can see it on your upcoming list of meetings. If you are the Super Admin of your organization you can see all the upcoming and past meetings for all users, otherwise you can only see upcoming and past meetings for meetings that you participate in. Click the "Past Meetings" tab to see a list of all the organization's past meetings if you are the super admin or your own past meetings if you are a regular user.

Record, Replay, and Share your Online Meetings
Zoho Meeting makes it easy to record your online meetings and video conferencing sessions. After the recordings are finished, they are available in your system and stored in the cloud. You can share a link that lets people play the video in their browser or download the video file to their computer. You can also download the video file directly from the app for your own purposes.

Share Your Screen with The Meeting
Choose how you want to share your screen. If you have multiple monitors, you can choose which screen you want to share. If you want to restrict what other meeting participants can see, then choose to share only one application at a time, so other people can't see the surrounding desktop and screen. If you are browsing online and want to share only one specific tab from your web browser, you can choose the exact tab to share without sharing the rest of your screen.
Add Meetings to Your Calendar
Each meeting comes with a .ics file for both you and your clients. This lets you easily add the meeting date and time to any calendar system using this standardized file format.

Built-In Chat Box
Every meeting comes with a built-in chat box so you and your participants can communicate via text. This is also a good way to send URL links to one another or to troubleshoot if someone is having problems with their microphone setup. If there is a speaker engaging the rest of the group, participants can comment in the chat box without interrupting the speaker. After the meeting is over there is an option to download the chat transcript for your records.


Prevent Double Booking of Online Meetings
In Zoho Meetings there is a warning dialogue that will appear if you try to create a meeting with overlapping time periods. This helps you to prevent double booking by accident.

Zoho CRM and Zoho Meeting Integration for Online Meetings and Video Conferencing
The Zoho CRM and Zoho Meetings integration works by allowing you to quickly meet with a CRM lead or Contact from the CRM using built-in buttons and reminder notifications. Once the integration is completed, go to a lead or contact’s page and click the “...” icon at the top right to find the new Zoho Meeting buttons labeled “Meet Now!” and “Schedule Online Meeting”. By using either of these two buttons, a meeting record will be attached to the page’s “Open Activities” and “Invited Meetings” related lists.

Using the “+ Meeting” button on the CRM " Open Activities” related list or inviting a lead directly from Zoho Meeting will not add a line record to Zoho CRM’s “Invited Meetings” related list.
- Using the “+ Meeting” button from the “Open Activities” related list will only add a record to the CRM “Open / Closed Activities” related lists (the line "New Meeting 1" in the image above).
- Creating a meeting from within Zoho Meeting will not add a record to either related list in Zoho CRM.
If you spend most of your time in Zoho CRM, a reminder notification will pop up in your bottom right corner reminding you that a meeting is happening. The pop-up reminder gives you a button to quickly join the meeting at that time, popping open a new browser tab with Zoho Meeting.

Zoho Bookings and Zoho Meeting Integration for Online Meetings and Video Conferencing
In Zoho Bookings you can create a service that is set as an online meeting. Anyone who books your new service will be sent an email notification about the date and time, and how to join the online meeting. Any bookings from Zoho Bookings will show up as open activities if you have Zoho CRM also integrated with Zoho Bookings.
