If you are in a Zoho Meeting with a client then your status here would show as "In a meeting" so you are not interrupted during your meeting.


Use Zoho Cliq to start a video chat with any employee. Invite others to form a video conference and use the built-in audio to speak with one another.
If you don't have webcams or choose not to use the video call feature then just do a regular audio call to chat.
You can also share your current desktop screen with other users or an entire group of people in a meeting.

While you are in a meeting you can browse around the Zoho Cliq app and look for information and other chats.




This is valuable as a simple clock-in / clock-out time card system to calculate hourly or salary payments too. Your employees can work any time and the system will track their work down to the second.

If your remote working employees have a webcam connected then you can literally look at them any time you want if the feature is enabled; sound is not enabled in this mode only the video feed.
As you browse the list of contacts you can hover your mouse over their icon to see a live video feed. Click on them to see the full video feed of your employee any time you want to check in on them.
The live video feed lists any users watching the video stream.

Create an Event for Online Meetings or Face to Face Meetings
Invite your employees and coworkers to either an in person or online meeting . Set the details as seen below, invite participants to join the meeting, then click "Create" to send out the meeting info.
- For Face to Face Meetings you can select a location to meet
- For Online Meetings you can choose to make it an audio or video meeting
Using Zoho Cliq you can set reminders for yourself or for others. Turn just about anything into a reminder notification, from text messages in your chat channels, to audio and video meeting times, or in person meetings. Get notified when you want by creating custom notification reminders.
Easily see your current reminders that are still upcoming using the reminder list. You can also see reminder tasks that you have assigned to other people in your organization and check in on the status of those activities.

When you chat with anyone in your organization you can create a custom reminder based on your communications.
Select a text message from one of your co workers and create a customized reminder by adding a note and setting a due date and time for the reminder notification to pop up.
You can even assign this reminder to another person and use the system as a task management and task assignment app.
Or assign the entire list of people in the conversation about the reminder notification when the time comes.

If you do not want to use notification reminders then just star a message to save it for later. Starring a message lets you check your starred messages list later on to check for important messages and communications. You can assign sub-categories for starred messages such as important, Todo, Note, Boss, or Follow-up. You can start more than just text messages, mark favorite images, charts, and more to quickly reference back to later.

Use the default bots and create custom bots to call information into a chat on the fly. Bots can perform tasks, bring up alerts, and get information from connected applications.
These bots and integrations with other applications and services allow you to use Zoho Cliq as a centralized hub for information and communication.
Bots and integrations enable you to type things like /poll to create a chat poll, /desk to get Zoho Desk info and Support Tickets, /stripe to get Stripe credit card payment processing information, /CRM to summon information from Zoho CRM. Create your own custom Slash commands as well. There are many other integrations, and also a Zapier integration for most other apps.

The integrations with Zoh Cliq can go both ways. If you are in Zoho CRM and want to send a report chart to a specific channel or person in Zoho Cliq, there is an extra button that appears in Zoho CRM for you to share items. Click the "..." and look for "Share via Cliq" option to share that CRM window or page to a contact or channel in Zoho Cliq.

Zoho Cliq integrates with Zoho People so you can quickly load people into Zoho Cliq, mention employees, and use the attendance report in Zoho People to generate a "Check-In" report from Zoho Cliq.
